Polly Bemis Ranch Assistant Housekeeper/ Cook: You will work under the head Housekeeper / Cook and share the following job duties: 1) Clean and maintain daily the interior of the recreational room, lodge and commissary. 2) Clean cabins per cleaning instructions as vacated. (Cabins to be cleaned immediately after owners/ guests have left.) 3) Keep all laundry washed, dried, folded, and stacked as removed from buildings, etc. 4) Prepare well-balanced meals on a regular schedule for crew. Prepare meals or assist with preparation for activities, special work, and construction crews and members, as needed. 5) Assist with ground maintenance to include sweeping walkways, decks, and hot tub area. Raking leaves, mowing lawn, and maintaining gardens and flowerbeds. 6) Clean and dust Polly’s cabin weekly. 7) Organize and maintain in a healthy fashion, all food and supplies. 8) Maintain communication with Agent and office: a. Cabin- boat schedules confirmed b. Coordination of on-site special activities c. Provide weekly reports to Agent d. Generate and transmit orders and requests 9) Supervise hospitality of members and guests. a. Greeting upon arrival at ranch b. Schedule activities c. Trouble shooting problems in cabins d. Orientation of new guests and members e. Qualify and assist members and guests as necessary with rafts, boats, and other recreational equipment 10) Maintain and clean barn and pig pen area and ensure proper amount of food and water are provided.
