Hilton Wilmington/Christiana is currently seeking a Food and Beverage Outlets Supervisor Description: Supervises the daily operation of the Food and Beverage Outlets. Maintains established operating procedures, service standards and maximizes food and beverage profits. Primary Responsibilities: - Assists F&B Outlet Manager on all areas of Food and Beverage Outlets - Inspects daily pre and post shift sidework and cleanliness of outlet areas - Maintains standards of food and beverage quality and guest services; resolves guest complaints - Participates in taking weekly and monthly inventories - Trains and provides career development for subordinates; conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to subordinates Qualifications: - Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. 3+ Years in the Food and Beverage industry with some supervisory experience within a hotel and/or free standing restaurant establishment. Prior experience must exhibit a solid progression in scope and responsibilities. Personal Attributes - Outgoing, people person. Must be in tune with and anticipate external and internal guest needs. - Must be mathematically inclined and grasp cost and revenue enhancement ideas. - Must be willing to work a varied schedule that will include nights, weekends and holidays.
