Iza Asian Restaurant on Missoula's 'Hip Strip,' is seeking Chef and Cook candidates ONLY. Experience in high volume restaurants, good knife skills and adventurous eating habits are preferred. We are making authentic Asian dishes made from scratch, from coconut based curries made from fresh tumeric, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, etc, to homemade stocks and sauces. Knowledge of a broad range of Asian ingredients and cuisines will be helful. We are also willing to train the right person, eager and passionate about Asian food/ingredients, Local businesses and Organic ingredients.
