Here is the story. I have several years experience in the restaurant business and I am looking to open my own place in North Wilmington. I have a business plan and the drive to make it happen. The total cost to get it built, stocked, and doors open is $500k. Due to a divorce and past job loss, I have crappy credit so I can not get financed. I am looking for a silent partner that is willing to finance the $500k or that has good credit so that we can get financed together. Either way, I am looking to pay you $100k per year for 5 years (in addition to paying back the initial investment if you do the financing).
