Candidate must have 2-4 yrs of General Mgmt experience from any restaurant or a combination of both restaurant and retail management ( GROCERY, FOOD, OR CONVENIENT STORE) to qualify. Must have P & L, food cost, and inventory experience as well. Must be able to work any shifts or schedules. 50 hr, 5-day workweek.
