The GM is reponsible for all PM Janitorial and Day custodial duties Space includes classrooms, offices, locker rooms, restrooms and athletic facilities. There is a combination of tile, carpet, hardwood etc. Qualifications for the Environmental Services GM include full knowledge of proper operation of manual and automated janitorial equipment. Will work directly with SSD director of maintenance on a daily basis. Position has full P&L responsibility, ability to hire, train, motivate and supervise hourly employees. Good verbal and written communication skills required. The ability to communicate in Tagalog would assist in managing the workforce. This is a 12 month position.
