Job Description The main functions of the Night Auditor/Hospitality Specialist position is to conduct various accounting processes, maintain multiple data bases, welcoming and greeting hotel guests, checking guest in and out of the hotel, answering question and addressing inquiries, collection of monies for services rendered. This position also assists in maintaining security in the hotel. Education & Experience: High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel in a customer service capacity or a related field is preferred Job Requirements Strong capability and understanding of basic accounting processes. Strong computer skills and mathematic abilities. Excellent customer service skills. High standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Moderate reading and writing skills. Hours and shifts 32 to 40 hours per week. Graveyard shift. Rate of pay Dependent upon experience.
