Ideal candidates must have 3-4 years solid cooking experience and possess basic kitchen management skills. Please be professional, clean and organized. Must be reliable and detail oriented. Must have a current driver’s license, clean driving record. Need to be able to lift 30#. Will be cooking and overseeing the daily aspects of kitchen for company. Kitchen maintenance, managing cook’s helpers, working closely with owner, purveyors & inventory control
Must be willing to work early mornings (6am) & weekends. 30 – 40 hours per week. Advancement available.
