Interviewing for a grill/line cook that is interested in a permanent position in a great outlying town of 2000 people. Cafe has 38 seats that turn 4-8 times per day. Normal serving time is under 15 minutes with quality. Kitchen is very clean and functional with standard breakfast and lunch menus plus a wide variety of daily specials. Five to seven 6-8 hour shifts per week, with evening menu a consideration. Owners are experienced, working members of staff, and willing to train in baking or specialty food items. Pay is DOE.
