Condo Housekeeper - Part-time. Housekeeping and Customer Service experienced preferred Hrs. 8:00 am until work is completed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily cleaning of assigned condo units including: Changing bed linen, replace towels, clean bathrooms and kitchen, vacuum, mop and dust.
Perform quality cleaning to meet expectations of owners and guests and meet required time limits.
Comply with Eagle Crest safety as stated in the Employee Handbook.
Pick up ground litter around assigned route or wherever visible.
Must be able to speak and understand enough English in order to communicate and assist owners and guests.
Must be able to perform the following repetitive duties: Be able to bend down from the waist; twist upper body from side to side; reach arms above your head; lift and/or carry at least 35 lbs.;
work from a stooping or kneeling position.
Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals (gloves, masks, etc. provided).
Must be able to work with a routine and stick to it.
Must be able to work independently to clean units.
Trained employees will be expected to achieve an average clean time of one and one-half hours per unit after six months on the job.
Valid Oregon drivers license and proof of insurance required
