Kitchen Manager for a high volume family style restaurant. Responsibilities include: -Expediting and preparation of daily meals -Purchasing and inventory -HACCP controls -Menu Development -Maintaining Food Cost -Controlling Labor -Planning and Execution of Private Parties -Organizing Daily Prep Sheet -Following guidelines and systems This position is a daily hands on position with time split between line work and other responsibilities.
