Responsibilities
Oversee the entire Club, 10 managers and 100+ employees.
Create and implement departmental budgets.
Meet or exceed budgeted profit and margin of the Club.
Anticipate revenue/cost problems and manage the timing of discretionary expenditures. Analyze financial and operating information on an ongoing basis in order to adjust sales activity, labor and other cost standards.
Responsible for overall financial aspects of the Club.
Recruit, train and develop management teams, emphasizing training and development as a way of doing business in order to empower employees to successfully perform their jobs.
Meet the monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
Build client relationships
Work on monthly strategic plans.
Handle any customer relations issues
Maintain a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management.
Responsible for compliance to company polices and procedures to adhere to all audit programs
Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management strongly preferred
Familiarity of the hotel and/or restaurant industry within the Las Vegas markets
Minimum of eight (8) years multi-unit foodservice and/or hotel management experience
Experience in a full service, high volume, fast-paced establishment with front and back of the house understanding and menu development required
Strong systems and control background, real time experience with food, beverage, and labor costs.
Firm understanding of profit & loss, hiring, training, employee relations, and big picture mentality
Proven ability to develop and maintain effective guest relations, including being very hands-on and driving the sales effort
Proven leadership skills and ability to create a positive work environment, develop leaders, build and maintain good employee relations required
Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
Ability to identify trends, needs, make timely and effective decisions, and demonstrate leadership
Successful individual must be goal-orientated
Proven ability to meet deadlines and respond to needs in a timely manner
