I am a very responsible, 30-something professional who is moving to back to the area this summer (I used to live in Cambridge). I don't have any pets, I don't smoke. I'm quiet and have never missed or been late with a rent payment, ever! An August 1 lease start date would be ideal but I can be a little bit flexible. : ) I am looking for a 2-3 BR apartment or home in the Newton/Arlington/Watertown area. I'm willing to do light dog/cat care or lawn care in exchange for part of rent as well.
