Greetings-- We are a group of working young adults who are seeking an apartment in Davis Square for 9/1. We are respectful, rseponsible, and mature individuals looking forward to a great living arrangement. Our number one priority is location. Due to the nature and locations of our jobs, our top objective is to find a place within 5 minutes of the Davis Square T. While I know that there are many fabulous areas of Boston, we are only interested in looking at apartments in Davis Square. We are able to pay up to $2400 for a 4-bedroom or $1800 for a 3-bedroom (or $2600/$1950 if utilities are included). We are not in need of any fancy amenities or parking places. We recognize that we are not going to find a luxury apartment in the heart of Davis Square in our price range, and we are not picky at all (except for location). We are just fine with small bedrooms, no AC, and a crumbling roof. We do not mind obnoxious neighbors, creaky stairs, or pealing paint. We can tolerate a collapsing ceiling or a shower that breaks frequently. We are, as you may have guessed, exclusively concerned with location (though a dishwasher and washer/dryer would be lovely).
