Our family (my husband, myself, and our 7 month old baby) are relocating to Boston. We are seeking a 1-3 bedroom apartment for a month-to-month or 6 month lease, until we can purchase our perfect home. We are seeking either a Feb 1st or Feb 15th move in date. We would like to be located in Newton or the surrounding areas, up to a 20 mile radius. Our ideal situation would be an in-law apartment or an apartment located in a home. We like to be within 'walkable' distance to restaurants, shops, etc, but that is negotiable. Our price is flexible in either direction, but we would prefer to have utilities included, if possible.
