I am a physician who will be moving to the Boston area to work at Mount Auburn Hospital starting this July. I am looking for a one-bedroom apartment (not a studio) either in downtown Boston or a very easy commute from Mount Auburn Hospital. It must have a dishwasher and off-street covered or indoor parking, an in-unit washer and dryer and hardwood floors and/or new carpeting. Modern/remodelled kitchen is a big plus. I prefer information only from either apartment complexes with likely availability in June/July, or someone with a *specific* apartment in mind that will be available in my timeframe and meets all these requirements. Price is negotiable if additional things like heat, parking, and/or an exercise facility is included. I will be moving in late June/beginning of July, but could consider an otherwise especially desirable place starting as late as August or as early as June 1. mass
