Hello! Me and my 5 year old son are looking for a great apartment to call home in the East Arlington area. About us: Me – professional.. work in the Framingham area, tidy, clean, respectful. My son – a poophead. I’m kidding.. he’s very quiet, tidy and clean himself. He would be there part time. Actually… the same for me, as I travel quite a bit. This is going to be our “home” home… for at least 5 years, so we want to make it count! Amenities that we are looking for include: • 2 full size bedrooms (Optional smaller room for office or study is nice.) • 1 full size bathroom (Window necessary. Bathrooms without them are weird.) • Hardwood Floors • No Smoking in the building • Balcony • Plenty of Light • NO OIL HEAT!! Electric and Gas OK. **Utlities included always preferred! • Possible consideration of a small animal, such as a cat. I would like to deal directly with a landlord, and not an agency. None of us want to pay fees, right? Monthly rent is negotiable on my end for the right place. I am willing to sign a long lease if willing to negotiate down payment for moving in, or be willing out to spread it over a lease. Thank you so much! mass
