Happy day! Question for anyone who might have an answer. I have two tiny poodle mixes, a 5 lb. male and an 8 lb. female. I use Frontline on them to prevent fleas and ticks. The smallest "grade" of Frontline they have is for dogs 25 pounds and under. I'm wondering if, as a measure to save their little bodies unnecessary amounts of chemicals (and as a cost saving measure), I can split one dose between my two doggies and have the treatment still be effective. I asked my vet and she thought it made sense to split the dose, but wanted to call the company to make sure. All Frontline would tell her is that it hasn't been "tested" so splitting the dose is not "recommended." Sounds to me like they just don't want to lose a buck, but I wanted to solicit some advise from my Craigslist friends first to make sure I'm doing the right thing for my diggy dogs! Anyone have any knowledge about or experience with this? Gracias! Shara Location: Cambridge it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests mass
