I'm helping a friend look for a sublet. He's stay will be from the end of July until the end of September (Sept 28th to be exact). He'll be working in the Watertown Square area, so location near or an easy commute to Watertown Square would be best. Anything less than $1,000 a month with utilities and internet access would be ideal. Parking space is not needed, he doesn't have a car.
