I am a 25 y/o male, full time law student entering my third year looking for a place starting Sept 1. I would like to save some money so less expensive is better but if the place or roommates are right then I'll go up to 800 or so.
I am entering my third year at the Law school and need a place to live in the fall. I am friendly, respectful, pretty clean (I do try), kind of goofy, fun and really nice. I spend a lot of time reading, cooking, exercising, and watching sports or movies and trying new things. I occationally go out but I like to relax at home unless im out running or something. I'm not looking for a new best friend or anything, but it would be fun to live with someone who would be receptive to tossing the frisbee when its nice out or having a beer while watching football. Ok so maybe I am kind of looking for a friend but whatever, this isn't the personal ads and wanting to be friends with someone isn't the worst thing in the world. Everyone puts that they are laid back and easy to get along with in their ads, but I'd like to think that I really am. I have a unique sense of humor, sarcastic, witty, ridiculous, but not lewd, dirty, or offensive.
So I am a bit goofy sometimes. When I have too much time on my hands, get bored, decide to procrastinate, or just spontaneously, I might decide to get into some new random activity, such as an obscure hobby, a strange collection, a new recipe, etc. past examples include attempting the 9-9-9 challenge (9 beers, 9 hotdogs, in 9 innings), a trip to a thrift store to buy interesting forks, trying to make a predictive statistic model for college football, mac and mac night (macaroni and macgyver), testing homemade internet vinager bodywash, built things out of pykrete, ate miracle fruit, and modifyed nerf guns to shoot harder. I guess i'm pretty immature but I just like to have fun and if that means I have to act my shoesize instead of my age, then so be it.
Also, I am very laid back but a night owl, so would prefer not to live with someone who brings the party back with them very often as I sometimes study very late or all night. My last roommate did this and it wasnt the end of the world but if I can avoid it that'd be cool.
either male or female, any age or school level is fine.
I'm looking in the packards corner BU area right now along the B line but will consider anywhere, if someone has some suggestions or wants to be roommates we can look together whereever. also open to a larger living situation such as a house or multi-bed apt.
also: as fun and open minded as i am, i don't smoke anything or do illegal drugs, would like the same for roommate(s)
so far i've gotten a lot of responses. way more than i ever thought i'd get. This means one of three things: either people are mistaking my dorkiness for coolness. its just the busy time of year for finding roommates and apartments for next year, or people get bored reading this whole thing and decide to email me based on the title. or maybe they just like people that ramble.
dogs are OK - wooof
