Hello all, looking for a room to rent for a year lease starting the 1st of September in the $700 - $900 a month range. A little about myself: I'm a recent college graduate now working full time in Cambridge. I'm looking to live with people around my age (meaning people in their 20s), preferably graduate students/young professionals like myself. I'm currently subletting for the summer but will be looking to find a more permanent housing situation for the fall. Very financially stable, very responsible, very respectful, nonsmoker, don't really party that much, tend to go out to the bars with friends but that's basically it. I'm gay and want to be upfront about that in order to avoid problems that could possibly arise, though I'm not exactly going to host a pride parade or dress in drag :) I can provide references of past roommates if needed and would be happy to come meet you and see the apartment.
