I'm a Visiting Ass't Professor from the West Coast who is seeking a room in an apartment with one or two other females that has broadband or similar, a laundry unit somewhere on the premises, and decent parking options. Availability starting 8/25 or 9/1. I'd prefer to live with a professional or grad students in their 30s or above. No pets (allergies). Preferably the place gets some sunlight (dude, I'm from California). I do need peace and quiet in which to work, write, and sleep, but I like a friendly environment and while somewhat nerdy (what do you expect, I'm in academia), I do like to go out for a drink from time to time. I'm very respectful and my former roommates found me pretty easy-going. I keep common areas clean.
