I would love a room in a decent place. I'm stuck in a crumby N. Allston room right now. Rent and utilities max $650. I'm a full time pastry chef, part time student. I'm not a typical undergrad. I'm 24 and have had my share of living with irresponsible kids. I'm a non-smoker, no drugs, social drinker, not big on parties. I love to cook and bake. I'm clean and pay bills on time. I would LOVE a place with a decent kitchen, dishwasher, laundry in the building, and available parking. It'd be nice to have cool, laid back roommates that can have a good time together. mass
