Hi: I am hoping someone might be able to help me out of this most uncomfortable dilemma I have found myself in. I have been living in a 2 bedroom condo the past two years which my roommate owns. I could not have asked for a better situation, until recently he invited a new live in girlfriend into the picture. I have lost nearly all my breathing space. I would like to remain in the Cleveland Circle / Boston College area. About me: I am a single straight white male, 51 (looks 39) who has been living in the area since 1984 (lived on Orkney Road for many years previous). I have worked for The Harvard Coop since 1982. I also work part time for Newbury Comics as a classical music merchandiser. I am very low key and am very respectful of other peoples personal properties. I do not smoke, and would prefer to share a unit with someone who is also a non-smoker. I do not like pot! I love basebal and music (particulary classical and 60's-mid 70's pop). I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT A ROOMMATE/GIRLFRIEND SITUATION WHICH I HAVE FOUND MYSELF IN. DEFINITELY WOULD PREFER LIVING/SHARING WITH JUST ONE HOUSEMATE. Since the weather is cold, I think I might perhaps want to wait till spring training time to move in, but am willing to discuss possibilities. $700.00 - $750.00 per month is my range, but will be willing to help share in splitting utilities. mass
