Hi, my name is Blake and I'm a 27 year old female who needs a room to rent somewhere in Boston. I go to umass boston full time as well as work almost full time at a group home in Brighton. Living on the red line or in Brighton would be preferrable but not required. I don't want to live with all men but a combo of men and women is fine. I'm very busy so i won't be around too much and when i'm there i'll be studying. I'm clean, organized and reliable. The max amount I want to pay a month is $600 including the utilities, but if it's the right place I would consider paying more. I'm not your typical student if that is something that turns you away. I'm older so more responsible. i won't be having parties or being loud. i'm not a prude either though, so I do like to have fun on occasion.
