Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Provides overall administrative support to the Development department - Maintains accurate records of development activities and regularly provides tracking reports, revenue reports, and other information as needed or requested - Schedules meetings as needed and maintains Development department meeting minutes, materials, timelines and schedules - Possesses exceptional knowledge of Raiser?s Edge and uses the highest integrity to maintain an accurate and regularly updated data base - Maintains development department master calendar - Ensures that all files and records are up-to-date and organized - Processes all donations and sends donor acknowledgements in a timely fashion - Assists with the coordination and planning for events and for developing any collateral materials as needed - Assists with researching major gifts and planning donor recognition - Ensures that all office systems are functional - Other duties as assigned Key Qualifications: - Minimum of three to five months experience or in a similar administrative experience; experience in a nonprofit organization preferred - Well developed verbal and written communication skills - Excellent negotiation and collaborative skills - The ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet able to request assistance as needed - Ability to manage multiple projects at one time yet achieve satisfactory outcomes - Must be committed to the highest integrity and maintaining confidentiality at all times

Compensation: $13.84-$35.78 per hour plus benefits
