Requires: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification. Monitors, analyzes, troubleshoots, and/or evaluates hardware, software and other network related problems; provide technical expertise for performance and/or configuration of the global networks and systems. Performs general LAN/CAN/WAN administration. Schedules conversions and cutover. Coordinates with all responsible users and sites to resolve network or system incidents. Responsible for monitoring, tracking and evaluating global Information Technology Infrastructure incidents. Contractor shall also have the following experience: (1) Cisco/Foundry experience, (2) Solid background in switching, (3) Experience on customer's enterprise network IP management (DHCP/DNS), and (4) Long haul comms experience (tech control).
