• Systems Engineer (FSR) In this position, the FSR will provide field-engineering support to Army Tactical Operations Center (TOC) as well as Combat Operations Center (COC). The FSR should be proficient in basic software and systems hardware engineering skills. Primary responsibilities include: equipment/system support, with basic knowledge of system tactical employment and optimization; accurately document failures and corrective actions in accordance with proper procedures; prepare logically understandable input data for periodic status reports. The chosen candidate must possess: the ability to listen effectively, and adapt to changing requirements; strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate through system knowledge and capabilities to customers at all levels; document and disseminate relevant site and system information; ability to effectively conduct system level operational and maintenance training. Candidate must be able and willing to deploy austere and high threat environments. This position requires travel 50% and over -CONUS and OCONUS (to include Iraq and Afghanistan). Position also requires travel via military transportation. Ability to lift 50lbs. Education and Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of Systems experience. Strong working knowledge of UNIX as well as knowledge of programming languages (C, SQL, HTML). Must possess a current TS/SCI Clearance to qualify.
