RESPONSIBILITIES: The right candidate is highly organized, dependable, computer/web savvy, and interested in providing excellent service to employees and customers. Individual selected will work closely with the Administrative Manager and Human Resources, or independently, to perform a wide a range of duties, including: - Answer incoming calls with professionalism - Provide employees and customers with general information - Properly directing incoming calls which need further assistance - Assist with contacting employees for scheduling and other purposes - Assist with HR tasks such as payroll, data entry, & processing applications - Perform filing, word processing, and clerical tasks. - Other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS: - - 5 months experience in admin, or AA degree and 3 months, BA+ and 1 year - Excellent verbal and written communication and customer relations skills - Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills - Excellent computer skills. Should know MS Office Suite. Ability to learn new computer/web applications - Pleasant demeanor, strong work ethic, good collaborator Location: Las Vegas Compensation: $16.84-$44.42 per hour This is a part-time job.
