I am about 10 minutes from the Comm Barry bridge and 15 from the Del Mem bridge. Just off of 295. This is not a toy like what you buy at the box stores. Simplicity Model 5116 42" riding mower. This is a real tractor that cuts grass effortlessly. It has an automatic hydrostatic transmission. Has a newer 17 HP Intek overhead valve engine from Briggs and Stratton that cost me about $800 about 5 years ago. Also has newer blades and mower drive belt. Shortly after installing the engine I moved to a house with less grass that came with a smaller John Deere tractor of its own. I have put less than 20 hours total on the new engine.
