Over the course of the past three months I have contacted the Secretary of State in Idaho, in writing, three times, requesting that he provide the documentation used to certify Barack Obama be allowed on the ballot for the primary and general election in Idaho. I want to ensure that his eligibility requirements for being POTUS are valid and intact. Due to the lack of response from the SoS, I made a written request to the Attorney General for the state of Idaho to investigate the lack of cooperation and failure to provide said documentation. He declined to investigate, stating he has no jurisdiction to ensure that the SoS performed his duties in accordance with the law and that no election fraud occurred. I believe this to be inaccurate and evasive. It appears that both the AG and SoS may be complicit in either contributing to and covering up election fraud, or, at the very least, the SoS failed to do his due diligence and the AG is assisting in covering his incompetence or wrong doing.
