Lessons From Iran: There are lessons to be learned from the last week in Iran, all of them thus far lost on the main stream media and most of the blogsphere. As patriotic Americans let us not lose these lessons in our daily lives. Take a moment, examine what is happening there and let it wash over you. We already knew Jimmy Carter was an idiot, but his appearance in Iran, on election day, and certifying the election as clean, was over the top. Really cool beard guy alleges he got 65% of the vote and Aquavelvejihad alleges he got 65% of the vote. Now, I am no math major, but that appears to be 130% of the vote. Jimmy, trying to be relevant. Not. But, apparently ACORN is active in Iran. How else do you get 130% of the vote, between the candidates. And, if there was any doubt about B. Hussein Obama’s testicular fortitude, or lack thereof, it was removed when the protests started. By not standing behind the protesters, he issued a fatwa, a death sentence for them. But, I had no doubt that Obama was a dhimmi and this just seals the deal. The real lessons learned in Iran are that despite being an oppressed people, where music is banned and the teachings of a child rapist from the seventh century, revelations from an unseen god, have become the stuff an entire culture without running water, flush toilets and personal choice, are somehow willing to die for their liberty. People are being killed for standing up for rights their own religious law does not grant them and Americans (even you) can’t get out of Lazy Boy long enough to hit the streets over Obama taking away your God given rights, civil liberties and seizing control of global financial companies. Why? What makes a country of people who have so much to lose sit and do nothing while B. Hussein Obama takes away their rights and a country of people who have nothing are being shot in the streets for the right to have a free and just election? I am disgusted by the level of apathy in this once great country. Where is the outrage? Second Amendment: Soon to be gone. Government stopped sale of surplus brass to curtail ammo sales. More coming. Fourth Amendment: Gone if healthcare passes. When a law is written, that allows an amendment to be bypassed, and no one stops it, the fascists will come for you next. Free Speech: Only if it is PC and only if it is deemed appropriate. God: Replaced by the new messiah. Look around you, we are a nation fallen from grace. When B. Hussein Obama was elected and we abandoned the Judeo-Christian values America was founded on, our nation began to head downhill fast. A nation whose rights are God given, cannot survive by forsaking God. Representative Republic: Gone. Czars roam the land, answering only to Obama, no vetting, no approval, in direct violation of the Constitution (gone too by the way). There is so much more, I could type until I couldn’t type any more. You get the picture. But YOU do nothing about it. Letting America go down the drain, quietly, silently, while Iranians die in the street, standing up to their corrupt government is an embarrassment. I have never felt so humiliated as an American. The American embassy fiasco under Carter was bad, This is worse. How many of you are willing to get in the street with a sign and protest what our government is doing? Not many and not often, and no one is going to shoot you like dog in the street if you do. Millions of Iranians are willing to stand for freedom and their freedom doesn’t even have running water or toilets. God bless the Iranians fighting for freedom.
