We are looking for a Facility Administrator to run an established business. The business is a daycare for children with medical needs called Caring Corner. Management experience is required. Experience with children is a plus, but it is not required. The Office Administrator would report to the President of the company and would work in conjunction with the Clinical Nurse Manger.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Handling the scheduling of staff and clients, including after-hours call offs
Supervising, hiring, and counseling of staff
Maintain an adequate roster of employees in order to maintain staffing ratios
Interacting with the clients’ families and case managers
Providing leadership for the facility, the clients and the staff
Maintain/establish relationships with referral sources in order to increase client census
Conducting presentations to outside resources when needed
Answering phones and some limited filing
The Office Administrator would be responsible for all aspects of the facility while the corporate office handles the majority of the back office functions such as payroll, authorizations, billing and accounts payable.
