Mosaic Medical is expanding! We now have a new position of Clinical Manager in Prineville. This is an opportunity for someone who really understands patient flow in a busy clinic. This is an exempt position where you would be in charge of managing the departments related to patient flow, this includes our Medical Reception, Medical Records, Medical Assistants, L.P.N.'s, Nursing Department (related directly to patient care), and Mental Health. You would work with and appoint when needed team leads from each department to develop efficient policies and procedures. You would also be responsible for scheduling the providers and employees in the Master Schedule. Work closely with the Director of Operations to communicate any issues/concerns/successes of daily operations. This is a very exciting opportunity to use your leadership skills, your healthcare knowledge and experience, while working with a friendly and energetic team. Clinical experience necessary, RN preferred. This position works closely with the Medical Director and Director of Operations to ensure all medical program compliance measures is completed. Minimum Qualifications: 1) Bachelor’s degree in related field. 2) Five years experience in a medical office setting. 3) Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively handle dissatisfied patients. 4) Three years experience supervising staff. 5) Ability to train and teach staff. 6) Knowledge of standard office policies and procedures. 7) Experience working on computers; typing/keyboarding speed of at least 40 WPM. 8) Ability to work with Practice Management Software. 9) Ability to manage multiple tasks. 10) Knowledge of health insurance plans. 11) Knowledge of medical coding, both ICD-9 and CPT. 12) Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and practice. 13) Knowledge of HIPAA regulations. 14) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 15) Ability to work independently and to use good judgment.
