Participates in administrative, operational and clinical functions of department, hospital and alliance. Key Responsibilities: · Provides occupational therapy services according to departmental and professional standards of care. · Participates in the education of staff, students and volunteers by sharing responsibility for both the numbers of requests and quality of feedback from participants. · Participates with program development and implementation as determined by departmental needs. · Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings/clinics as indicated by department/organization needs. · Participates in PI activities by maintaining acceptable level of personal achievement and assisting with data collection and analysis. · Maintains technical and clinical competency according to department/organization/professional standards. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in occupational therapy. Licensure, Registry or Certification Required:Licensed by SC Board of Occupational Therapy. Special Training: Demonstrates clinical competency based on patient’s age; computer literacy a plus.
