Here's what I need for accommodations... Workshop/Office: A workshop of AT LEAST 700 square feet, either in the home, large garage, or out-building. The shop must have windows, insulation, heat, a sink with running water, and propane or natural gas. I also have a 150-square-foot office which could be placed in a larger workshop or settled into a bedroom. Living Space: The living area should have at least one bedroom, living room, simple kitchen, and bath - something modest is fine. I would prefer a setting with very little noise. When I Need It: I must be out of my current space by the end of August.
