Responsible, clean well mannered 20 yr old gay male, Looking for a place around mid aug. My lease is up and I would like to move back closer to my work. I have a very stable job which I have worked at for about 2 years. Anywhere downtown would most likely work and I would prefer it be on the east side. I have always paid my bills on time, If not early. I have great references to back that up also. I do have a 3 yr old very obedient American Eskimo dog, Completely obedient and command trained. Shes is a sweetheart :) I would prefer a house and also prefer being living on my own. I have lived with roommates most of my life and just would like to be on my own for once and not have to worry about them paying there side of the bills or cleaning up. Max would be around $500 would prefer that being with utilities. . . .I do own two cars and need spots for both of them would prefer a garage for one of them since it is a very nice sports car.
