I am looking to rent a house (not a duplex, condo, apartment, or mother-in-law apt., but a real house) beginning in possibly August for up to $1,000 per month, plus utilities. A little about me: I am a friendly, down to earth, professional, single female with a steady job and rental history and no pets or children. I would like to rent at least a two bedroom house in the Avenues, Sugarhouse or Liberty Park area (downtown maybe, but depends on the location). I am responsible, always pay rent on time, do not throw parties, and treat a rental home as if it were my own home. I do smoke, but strictly outdoors (I don't even smoke in my own car).
