I'm looking to find a new place to call home for just me -- studio, one bedroom. Something small would be great. I'm not interested in sharing a place unless it's the right circumstances (like my roommate travels so sometimes the place is my own, etc). Would prefer not to move in until beginning of August but able to move anytime starting now. I'm a 29 year old female, been on my own for 11 years and never once been late with rent. Looking for something around $300. This price is adjustable up or down depending on the area, the size, what utilities are included, etc. I can provide full up front deposit no problem. I have excellent credit, I don't drink, don't smoke, don't party. I'm caring, easy going, and reliable. I like my privacy and like my place clean but I'm also real friendly.
