Hello, I am looking to take over a lease from anyone who is currently living at the Waterplace residences in Providence, RI, who is planning to move out but his/her lease contract has not expired yet. I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment for ~$1550 for move in no later than end of August/ early September, but I can move in immediately if needed. So, if you are planning to move out but worried about breaking the leasing contract and don't want to pay that two month penalty fee, please send me an e-mail ASAP and I will be happy to take over your lease.
