My husband and I are looking for a new housing opportunity. We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom place, preferably a single family home but will also consider apartments, with reduced rent in exchange for refurbishment services. My husband is an experienced and hardworking carpenter and we both enjoy fixing up the places we live. In exchange for reduced rent we will offer such minor labor services as painting, tiling, installing hardwood floors, etc. to larger projects like wall repair and construction, bathroom renovation, appliance installation and finishing unfinished rooms. You'd just have to cover the parts! We have excellent taste in decorating also.
