Responsibilities will include: hiring employees, addressing employee relations issues, working with bank management on employee or administrative needs, working with payroll to set up payroll schedules, collecting benefits information or explaining benefits plans, doing administrative tasks, and doing recruitment administrative duties.
ou must be willing and able to travel, be detail-oriented, be very organized, and have the ability to manage a number of human resources activities. You must be able to communicate effectively and be able to help employees solve administrative problems.
Compensation: $38,000 - $47,000
