We are actively recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist to assist in the functional areas of Human Resources. The role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition and Development Director. The primary responsibilities are listed but not limited to: Identify, recruit, evaluate, interview and recommend candidates for the organization. Conduct comprehensive benefits orientations with new hires. This also includes ensuring new hire presentations are kept current. Organize, conduct and monitor training programs in connection with employee development. Administering the HR related policies and procedures for the business ensure consistent interpretation and application. This includes responding directly with employees on policy related questions. Administer employee paperwork and enter data into HRIS. (This includes: process and disseminate new hire, termination and employment status change information.) Administering and ensuring compliance with our workers compensation, 0D short-term disability and dependent care policies which includes monitoring, tracking, and working with the employees.
