Chiropractic office looking for an Insurance/Medical Billing person. Applicant must have at least 2 years experience with Medical Billing, have excellent customer service skills, and great organizational and filing skills. Candidate must be knowledgeable of insurance verification, CPT and ICD9 codes, medical software programs, insurance billing with electronic claims, posting services, posting EOB payments, managing unpaid claims with insurance companies, sending patient statements, and explaining patient balances to patients using great communication skills.
