We currently have an opening for a ‘Senior HR Generalist.’ This person will be responsible for counseling and advising employees, staff, supervisors and managers on application and interpretation of personnel policies, practices, procedures, rules, benefits and programs. Must have strong knowledge of HR polices and procedure, demonstrate excellent leadership, communication skills. This person will conduct investigations in discipline and grievance matters, and harassment and discrimination complaints. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree plus two years HR Generalist experience required. PHR preferred and the ability to obtain job related certifications within one years of start date.
