This Alaska Native Corp is looking for a Sr. Benefits Coordinator with 6+ years experience administering a corporate benefits program. The Sr. Benefits Coordinator will assist in effective delivery of all the corporation’s employee benefits programs and retirement plans. The Sr. Benefits Coordinator will also assist in the day-to-day administration of the corporation’s various benefit plans as well as assist with the design and development. As a minimum requirement we are looking for someone with this type of experience. This Benefits Professional will provide customer service support to internal and external customers and assists with the development of communication tools to enhance understanding of the company’s benefits package. The Sr. Benefits Coordinator will also design and distribute materials for benefits orientation and open enrollment. We are looking for a Sr. Benefits Coordinator who can develop and implement internal systems to ensure proper benefits administration. We are also looking for someone who has hands-on knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations, filings and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefit programs, including retirement plans, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, SECTION 125, Workers Compensation, Medicare, Social Security, IRS, and DOL requirements.
