Duties and Responsibilities: • Administers the employee new hire and termination processes including lifecycle distribution and completion of legally required documents • Completion of the employee file audit and documentation check • Assist with the uploading of PDF files into computer system • Consolidation of development plans for employees to assist HR in projecting organizational training and development needs • Participates fully in company health and safety programs and complies with all company OSHA policies and procedures • Has Primary responsibility for maintaining HR Department personnel and confidential files. Also, supports the HR department with office filing, auditing and general administrative support. • Serves as a back-up to the payroll administrator when necessary Requirements: • Strong Oral and Written communication skills • Must Possess general knowledge of office equipment and able to perform basic clerical duties • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point • Associates Degree or higher or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Hours: First Shift Pay: $15 p/hr Duration: 30-45 days, could be longer Please email your resume to rtamez@aerotek.com Strong Resumes Interview ASAP!
