Ideal candidates will have the following: - Experience working with union contracts required. - Must be fluent in conversational Spanish. - Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment. - 1-2 years Employee Relations experience preferred. Duties of the position include: - Serves as liaison between employees and management for problem resolution and the grievance process. - Documents conversations with employees as well as tracks employee relations issues within each department. - Provides direction to employees and management regarding employee relations. - Provides reports to HR Management with regards to positive feedback and areas of concern throughout the property. - Provides administrative support to Employee Relations department for purposes of maintaining proper documentation and follow up to employee relations related incidents. - Processes unemployment claims and assists in preparation for hearings. - Assists in the training of managers on compliance and administration of fair treatment, policies and procedures and union contracts.
