Provides counsel and assistance to employees and all levels of management in employee or management issues guided by company's employee relations policy and labor-law legislation. Develops and/or modifies a diversity plan that supports the organization's business objectives. Coordinates compensation, employment, benefits, HRMS and training and development programs. Partners with leadership to create and implement policies and processes consistent with Code of Conduct, in support of Raytheons strategies, goals and objectives. Effectively manages all budgets that pertain to the Human Resources function. An integral member of the WLO Lead Team who actively participates with the Lead Team in managing the overall business and works with WLO Lead Team to develop and implement organization transition plans.
