Duties include: - Maintaining complete confidentiality regarding all department activity - Filing and maintaining employee files - Maintaining I-9s for active and terminated employees - Assisting HR staff with various special projects - Assisting or preparing correspondence - Making copies, faxing documents and performing other clerical functions - Providing back up support for Receptionist (answering phones, greeting guests) - Other duties as assigned Requires 1 to 2 years clerical experience, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and computer literacy. Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources preferred. Prior experience with an HRIS database preferred.
